Going to a new salon is always nerve-wracking. I read the reviews about Marvin, and made an appointment. After he finished, I wasn't totally confident it was what I thought I explained, but figured I'd go home and style it my way, and see. Ultimately, there was an aspect of the cut I really didn't like...just one of those quirky personal things. When I called to discuss how to fix it, the girl was very nice. I felt like a real jerk saying I wasn't totally happy with it, but she never made me feel bad! She understood how important a haircut is. They tried to get me in right away but I couldn't make it for a few days. I went back today, and Marvin was absolutely great about it! He too never made me feel bad! He wanted to be sure I was happy, and I left just that. And it's not that there was anything "wrong" with the initial cut, it was just a mis-communication about one aspect, and personal preference. But they were all absolute professionals! Thank you!
